They did an excellent job where there was construction and flooring being done so a lot of dirt are should say dust everywhere. When they are done, the house was perfect.

Jose was at my place on time and brought plenty of materials to get the job done. The two person team dedicated one an hour each to my bathroom and kitchen and did an amazing job. We hired them for a move-out cleaning and I now almost want to move my stuff back in because it is so clean in here!

Dustbusters did a great job cleaning my studio for a move out. They were able to clean 2 years of grime and rust from the shower making it look like new. Same excellent results with the stainless steel kitchen sink. Jose was so nice and professional. He was punctual which is extremely important to me. His pricing is so reasonable, too. I highly recommend Dustbusters and will be using them again for all of my tenant move outs.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our prices are based on how many cleaners, the time the service takes, and the type of services a cleaning project requires.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A prospective customer will either contact us by phone or e-mail. Our administrative assistant goes over their project in detail, including the price and time estimate. If the customer agrees to hire us, our assistant will book them for the time and date that best suits the customer. The day before the cleaning, the customer will receive a confirmation email. On the day of the cleaning, the customer will receive a text or call when the cleaners have arrived at their residence.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our cleaners are very well trained and vetted. Before working, they are required to watch videos and follow guides that help them to acquire skills and abilities in the realization of the different cleaning services. The cleaners learn how to use different supplies in specific areas like particular sprays for glass doors, or the appropriate powder to remove water stains and calcium accumulation in the toilet or bathtubs, they learn how to use a steamer for grout in bathroom tile, or window seals, etc. Also, cleaners are trained in removing dust in areas that require special attention like blinds and the tops of door frames.
