- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process for working with new customers starts with understanding their needs and requirements. We like to schedule an initial consultation to get a clear understanding of the project scope and to answer any questions the customer may have. From there, we provide a detailed proposal outlining the steps we will take to deliver a successful project. Throughout the process, we keep open lines of communication to ensure we are meeting the customer's expectations and making any necessary adjustments along the way.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our staff consists of seasoned hospitality professionals with a wealth of experience in the industry. On average, each team member brings several years of expertise to every project they work on. Furthermore, they have received extensive training and certification through the Responsible Beverage Service (RBS) Training Program. This program is renowned for its comprehensive coverage of responsible beverage service principles, including customer service best practices, wine and beverage knowledge, and the art of mixology.
