North American did an appraisal of my aunts home after she passed and the home was in probate. The process was explained clearly to me on the phone. For inspection, the appraiser arrived 10 minutes early, and was very friendly and answered my additional questions. He actually kind of brightened my day. The report he e-mailed to me had a personalized note made out to me so that I could more clearly understand the jargon, and the most important numbers. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
