- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is competitive and fair. I will provide excellent services and appraisals at a fair price.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First upon contact I will determine the purpose for the appraisal. Second determine the type of property. Third suggest my fee. If agreed, we will schedule the inspection. Once the inspection is complete, I will prepare the report and send it to the client.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Extensive continuing education to stay abreast on new laws and regulations.
