- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I'm very competitive, give the lowest prices (10% discount for senior citizens).
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Like to have a conversation with the customer, so he/she feels comfortable. I like customers feel confident with my presence when I meet them at home, don't like to give or feel pressure among each other..
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I worked for Honeywell in the maintenance dept for 10yrs for a machine repair shop. I earned an electronics certificate and Associates in Science degrees in the 1990s from El Camino College in Torrance CA, also, obtained a Bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering in 2012 from CSULA.
