- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I am flexible with scheduling, and make sure their lesson time fits in their schedule with ease. Once scheduled, I ask the customer many questions to find out their musical goals and get a sense of their personality, and they mine. I also make sure they are comfortable and at ease during the lesson. I let the customer know what to expect of me, and depending on age, will recommend the appropriate books for them. I am very communicative.
