Cesar and his partner offered to come late in the afternoon on a Saturday to not only inspect the situation, but to resolve it. I was worried that a critter had chewed thru some exterior lighting wiring. They were committed to getting the job done while not sacrificing quality and ended up replacing my cans/lighting even as the sun was going down.
