We had a 40 year old septic system that totally failed at a commercial property. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Average price for a complete installation is under $4,000. If your septic tank does not have risers to allow easy frequent access for semi-annual maintenance, risers will need to be installed. We can make that assessment and give you a price for installation when we review your job.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once you contact us we will discuss your circumstances and let you know whether the Environmental Septic Solution is right for you. We will have you complete a questionnaire, either on line or over the phone to get all of the specifics. Then, if necessary, we'll schedule a time to come out for a pre installation inspection. Otherwise, we'll get a deposit and schedule a time to come out to do an installation.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We've been in the construction industry since 1982. We've also been trained and certified as Pirana® system installers by the manufacturer. We've installed systems in the US and in Latin America.
