FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every job is priced based on every detail of that particular job. That way no one is getting charged for services not needed, and we are not under-cutting ourselves, which avoids rushing a job and avoids sub-par quality work. You get what you pay for in roofing.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We are highly motivated to gain new potential customers, so they are definitely a top priority, along with repeat customers. We work hard to earn their trust, and to provide top quality service and hopefully gain referrals and repeat customers.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been working in the industry since I was a teenager doing evening / weekend jobs with my step-father. My dad was also taking me on roofs at a young age to help measure, so I really got involved in roofing early on in my life. My mother had her own inspection firm where I learned the value of quality roof inspections and repairs. I also worked for a 50 year old large scale roofing business in the family where I learned a lot of technical details about the roofing industry and roofing in general. Hands on is the best type of training in my opinion, especially in construction, and that's where I gained most of my knowledge about it.
