- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Some plumbing companies bill customers based on an hourly rate. Unfortunately, when companies use this method, their customers don't know how much a job costs before starting. That’s why, whenever possible, we use fixed prices. It allows our customers to know exactly what they're getting themselves into before starting a project. Here’s my personal promise to you: When you call or schedule an on-site estimate, there will be no pressure. No obligation. We will not sell you a water heater you don’t need or want. Our capable technicians are ready and willing to give you an onsite estimate, answer any of your questions, and perform the work in an efficient manner.
