The tile professional was very professional and did outstanding work. He fixed a bad caulking and grout job that was done previously and my bathrooms and bathroom countertop look great! I would definitely hire these professionals again.

The Tile Pro rep texted me befire he came, right on time. He took a look at the job area, and discussed the repairs with me. Then he got it all done plus some extra spots that he noticed needed repair. He also recommended products to use to keep the bathroom tiles & grout looking good.

Richard repaired cracks in the grout on my tile shower wall, cleaned the grout including the floor grout in my 2 bathrooms. He was very knowledgeable about how to repair the cracks and used the correct product. He also re-caulked around the toilet and bathtub in one of the bathroom. The grout in both bathrooms looked very clean when he finished and one was light colored grout that was particularly stained. He also sealed the grout to prevent further stains. I was very pleased with the job he did and would definitely hire him again. Very meticulous, professional and friendly. He obviously knew his stuff!!

I called on Wednesday December 13th to get a quote for some tile that had come off in a shower. Richard responded to me quickly and asked that I provide him a photo of the work that needed to be done. I did that, he gave me a quote and was able to get the job done that Friday morning December 15th. His communication was quick and clear. I would highly recommend Richard with Tile Solutions.
