FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I give the best prices possible. If you have a previous quote, I will give you a better price than they gave you. We charge a $50.00 service fee for showing up and diagnosing the problem. If you hire us, that fee is waived.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Step 1: The customer contacts us with a problem. Step 2: We set up a date that week for me to come take a look at that problem. Step 3: I diagnose the problem and give the customer a price quote. Step 4: If the customer accepts the price quote, I fix the problem right then and there. Step 5: I get paid via cash, Zelle, PayPal or Venmo. Step 6: I send a follow-up text a week later to check on the repairs that I did.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
A friend of mine got me into irrigation. I was working as a manager of a restaurant before doing this. I wanted to change my occupation to try something new and I liked doing it.
