I called AJ after having another plumber come in and misdiagnose the problem. AJ was very responsive and came in quickly to help. He was able to detect the problem and help out immediately. The resin beads from the water softener had leaked in all the plumbing. He replaced the kitchen faucet and cleared out all the pipes in the kitchen. He proactively did things that were not asked of him but by his experience did help us. AJ came in again and changed the bathroom faucets and flushed the tanks to remove everything. He is very professional and thorough with his work. His services are not overpriced as some other plumbers on thumbtack. I would hire him again.

AJ was great came to site on time, great communication, and did quality work for me. He replaced our leaky outside faucet. Even with unexpected issue like bend pipe, he was able to complete the job and didn’t ask for more money for the job. Thank you AJ!

AJ responded quickly to my desire to install a valve to a pre-piped natural capped outlet by BBQ area. The pipe was 3/4 inch and I desired that so that output can be at maximum if that benefit my appliance for power, or I can manually reduce it to 1/2 inch as required. AJ installed a 1/2 valve at first due to miscommunication with me. But he returned to replace it with the correct 3/4 valve. All's good!

we had gas leak inside wall which required shutting off gas line by PG&E. We needed immediate repair of the leak and AJ responded within 5 minutes and then came out on the same day. He evaluated the situation carefully and tried to make minimal damage to the wall and identify the source of the leak. His logic to diagnosis the potential leak source was very reasonable and he correctly found the leak in his first attempt. It was super hard to reach as it was a corner of the house with not much room to work with. He struggled to get the cracked nut out and replace it but he was very persistent, didn’t give up and eventually replaced the nut after many attempts (after removing the cracked one, two pipes were kinda hard to reconnect as there was not enough room to put hand in to pull them close enough) anyways, it was a great service and also, AJ was very pleasant to talk to. Nice guy and his work is great. I never had plumbing service before so not sure about the cost, but I think it was worth it. Honestly I don’t know how much to expect but it was a bit more than I expected.. but hey.. everything’s expensive these days and it took him more than 6 hrs to get it fixed and also it’s gas leak.. kinda scary, so he deserves that much. I highly recommend AJ for probably any kind of work. Hope I don’t need him again, but I’ll definitely call him when needed.
