As a solar technician installing panels, I knew how much homeowners have invested. While servicing certain clients, I noticed that there were a lot of panels that had debris, pigeon droppings, and nesting. I started to question why homeowners would invest so much money in something, yet not maintain it to have maximum protection, efficiency, and energy. I started this business in hopes of helping homeowners optimize their energy and keep their solar panel warranty valid by maintaining their panels. I also want to help homeowners from birds nesting underneath their panels by providing bird-netting. Why not protect your investment by maintaining a fraction of the cost? Instead of having to replace your panels or roof for thousands of dollars? That's when I decided to branch out as a cleaner versus an installer. When panels are not maintained and cleaned regularly, they can drop in energy efficiency by 30%. I want to educate homeowners that by regularly maintaining their solar panels, it will optimize the energy level and keep their warranty valid. And by birds nesting underneath your panels, it can cause corrosion to your roof because of their acidic droppings and by netting your panels, it will protect your roof.

E is the absolute BEST! He was very responsive and respectful, he arrived on time and not to mention he went above and beyond when it came to cleaning my solar panels. E did an amazing job. I got several quotes and decided to use him for the solar panel cleaning service and the bird netting after considering price but also the reviews he got. we have had some pigeon problems for a while now and finally got around to getting it addressed. he was able to come out fairly quick he inspected the roof for us and installed bird netting around the panels. he also cleaned all the bird poop and debris from the roof and under the panels and gutters. because we were doing the netting, he did a complementary panel cleaning for us. we have already scheduled for him to come out next year to clean the panels. very happy with his work. he was very thorough and even provided pictures of all the before and after as well.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My prices depend on the total quantity of your panels, the elevation, and the stories you have. I also offer bird-netting (a one-time investment). I also use state-of-the-art equipment (see pictures section). It is specific for solar panel cleaning. I use an RO/DI water system on your panels, giving you a spot free and 0 TDS level water and an innovative c1000 brushhead and wheel that will agitate and clean dirt and grime off your panels. It does the work yet gentle. I also use specific netting made for solar when I provide bird-netting. It is galvanized steel and extra coating to prevent rust.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will find out my customers objective and then suggest the best process to optimize their energy and savings. I use state of the art equipment specialized in cleaning panels. I like to share that with my customers because using the wrong equipment can ruin panels and, therefore, void their warranty.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am an experienced solar panel installer, and with that knowledge, I am able to give my clients a professional opinion of the current panel condition and repairs, if needed.
