Sam was quicker than I expected with responding, able to squeeze us in to look at an electrical switch. Quickly troubleshot the problem and was ahead of schedule for the appointment but had good communication regarding that as well. It was not a good environment (a pungent dog urine smell and things everywhere) and he was still so gracious and professional.

Had a short from the EV outlet and the entire panel went down. Sam, the technician was very methodical in testing every aspect of the repair. I felt very uncomfortable with all of the safety aspects. Price was fair and he was very professional and courteous. Will use again if necessary.
