FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I am former military so all materials are 10% off 😄🌻 at Home Depot. I give discounts to the elderly, single mothers, and the disabled 🌻😄❤️🌵.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I show up, bow, and tell them I am grateful for having me. I ask them to show me what they need done, and I ask them up front how well do they want the job done. Sometimes they say it doesn’t have to be perfect, other times they say they want it perfect. I can do both, however, it’s not possible to rush me and make suggestions (because I will do as you ask me) and then expect it to look the way you want it to. I am there to work for you. I also let them know that I may have to go to home depot and get a few parts. 😄🌵🌻🌅
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have always been handy. Growing up I used to follow the maintenance crew at the retirement home my grandparents owned. I learned a little bit there. Later on in life I was in the military and worked on A/c lines, and life support systems, and other mechanical systems, I also learned to paint small areas. I’ve always been the family handyman.
