- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First thing is always an introductory meeting to discuss your specific needs, desires and expectations. From there we formulate a plan to achieve success in meeting those needs desires and expectations. If you are a home owners looking to sell your property, we typically provide a comparative market analysis to give a reliable idea of the value of your property. In addition we will conduct a free home inspection to learn the best features of your home and also discover any discrepancies that may affect the desirability of your home to buyers. After listing your home for sale we will advertise in a multitude of ways to ensure the market is saturated with your home, i.e. the MLS, open houses, email campaigns, drone pictures, Zillow, Realtor.com etc etc. If you are interested in acquiring property we will find out exactly what you need, what you want, and when you need it by. Then we will provide a market analysis for the area/s that you are interested in. I will personally provide my app to you so you can search the entire MLS for your ideal property, as well as personally showing properties that meet your criteria. In addition I will send out an internal broadcast to all of our offices inquiring for any properties that are either listed or not that might meet your needs.
