They were very responsive to us and we’re kind of wushu washy on if they could provide immediate service.
We sent him to our location manager who in the meantime spoke to someone else as we were in a time crunch.
She advised this to him and he was not happy and sent a very rude message to me. I was on several Zoom calls and could not respond. When I explained he was rude and kept texting me. I appreciate the quick response and the better price but it’s not always about price. Being rude goes a long way. His rudeness lost him the opportunity to have the second half of this job. Now back to the drawing board.

Hi Terri, Thanks for your feedback but this wasn’t the case. When you directed us to your onsite manager she told us that you already made a decision not her and selected another company so we wondered how come it’s possible because we just spoke with you and immediately after that we spoke to onsite manager and then we sent you a message that if there was any rate issue you could negotiate with us but in the end it was all misunderstanding created by your onsite manager. We apologize if it seemed as rude message.
