I hired Top Notch IPM to service my house in Modesto. Matt has been servicing my business in the bay area for a previous company he worked for. I found out he started his own business. when Matt came by to the house, he was very friendly, kindhearted, punctual. He had his web pole out and ready to work. during his service he pointed out any problems he found. Like my landscapes needed to be trimmed, removing piled up trash that could potentially bring rodents. He webbed my high eaves for old wasp nest that companies sometimes miss. Matt went above and beyond and was very pleased at his performance. I didn't feel like I was pressured into anything extra. If you need a great pest guy, responds quick to messages then contact matt. This is his own company and is a 1-man team.
