Bonjour tout le monde! Welcome everyone. My name is Sarah Plucain Wolf. I am French. I moved to America in 2015, and I became a French tutor the same year! I am a creative and compassionate professional with excellent communication skills in French and English. I possess a collaborative and conscientious approach to teaching. I possess a teaching style that recognizes students as individuals, tailors resources for individual needs, and integrates technology into lessons. I am skilled at explaining complex concepts and able to encourage students to speak in French to improve their fluency and comfort with the language. Working with Sarah was phenomenal. My two sons aged 6 and 9 would do the first half hour with her and then i would do the second half. Sarah was great with the kids and was really good at keeping them motivated and making the class super fun. She also tailored my sessions to my needs to practice exactly what i needed to. All in all, we had a very good experience and would highly recommend her.

Once I know your level and your expectations, I can prepare my class/topic/exercise for you, this is constant work that requires time and consistency. Each customer is different and I make sure to prepare the best lesson that suits you, so you can learn quickly and be fluent.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The process depends on the age and the level of my customer. But having fun while learning/Teaching is my priority!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I was born in France and moved to America in 2015. I graduated in France with a BA in Literature, and an associate degree in psychology here in California. I started teaching French in 2018 for Highschool students and then expanded my horizon by teaching to children and adults.
