- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I look at typical pricing for the type of work, then try to bring the client a better deal, superior quality, cheaper rate, etc.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Meet in person. Discuss goals and requirements for job. Discuss tools, timeframe and materials. Arrive at price, scope of work and overall agreement. Begin work. Finish work and obtain client approval of results. Get good reviews and referrals!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
For legal and business related tasks (organizing or drafting documents, correspondence, pleadings, motions, tax forms, etc.) I have a law degree and over nineteen years of experience. For construction and landscaping I have experience working with several professionals who trained me in plumbing, carpentry, tree trimming, framing, electrical, drywall, equipment installations, automotive repairs, HVAC repairs, painting, concrete, stucco, demolition, hauling, safety, equipment operation (bobcats, jackhammers, etc.) and pet care and training.
