I asked for my kitchen & 2 bathrooms to be deep cleaned. After 2.5 hours the job wasn’t done. I had plans and told them I couldn’t wait anymore. The second bathroom never got cleaned. After getting back and looking at the job that was “done” I must say I’m not happy at all. After 2.5 hours. Cabinets in kitchen weren’t cleaned well. Sides of stove still filthy. Kitchen floor wasn’t scrubbed. The one bathroom the guy spent 2 hours on is still in need of dusting, sweeping & mopping. Not to mention the shower still has spots to clean. I’m extremely disappointed!

This customer requested a “deep clean” as she stated above in her 1 star review, on a kitchen and 2 bathrooms she also stated above were still “filthy” after 2.5 hours. I gave this customer a 75$ discount and offered to reschedule earlier in the day when we didnt have to work around 6 adults and a baby in a 2.5 hr. window. I explained that black mold does not just wash off, and needs to be treated then the “spots” are more likely to come off. The kitchen was in itself a job that could never be deep cleaned in 2.5 hours by any professional. The grease was so built up on everything it was nearly impossible to “cut it” and i explained i was not comfortable using harsh chemicals with the entire family just feet away, including a small baby. Please take this review very lightly, as i take my job as a cleaner very seriously and this review does not accurately reflect my work or my ethic.

I spent many years as a stay at home or "domestic engineer" (that sounds like a more sophisticated job title). I worked at a national hotel chain as well as a small local motel. I have experience in all aspects of home care, and I love to do yardwork and landscaping. Mowing the yard is something I really enjoy.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I have worked for or with a wide variety of people. I get along well with people, and do my best to make sure my customers are satisfied with my work, and will use my services in the future if needed. I have the resources to provide quality work, and to complete the jobs I am hired to do.
