Hi my name is Rocío. Yoga has been my passion and lifestyle for the past 10 years with a background in Hatha, Vinyasa, Ashtanga & Kundalini Yoga. As a 400hr certified teacher in Prana Vinyasa which is rooted in Tantric tradition, I have been teaching yoga postures, breathing exercises, mindfulness and meditation for the last 3 years. Hiring Rocio to facilitate a yoga and sound bath session for my woman's wellness retreat was the best.
