Hi my name is Rocío. Yoga has been my passion and lifestyle for the past 10 years with a background in Hatha, Vinyasa, Ashtanga & Kundalini Yoga. As a 400hr certified teacher in Prana Vinyasa which is rooted in Tantric tradition, I have been teaching yoga postures, breathing exercises, mindfulness and meditation for the last 3 years. I specialize in yoga therapy, energy healing and sound therepy helping individuals clear & release any blockages in the major energy channels in order to create a more balanced, healthier & happier life. During my classes you can expect joy, playfulness and a safe space. I look forward to offer a very unique Yoga experience full of magic & bliss. Rocio did a private class at my house for my birthday. She did a restorative yoga, great for beginners in the class, with meditation throughout. It was an amazing session, so relaxing and healing. Rocio even brought sound bowls!!! 😊 Everyone enjoyed the class very much! Thank you Rocio!
