Hi my name is Rocío. Yoga has been my passion and lifestyle for the past 10 years with a background in Hatha, Vinyasa, Ashtanga & Kundalini Yoga. As a 400hr certified teacher in Prana Vinyasa which is rooted in Tantric tradition, I have been teaching yoga postures, breathing exercises, mindfulness and meditation for the last 3 years. I specialize in yoga therapy, energy healing and sound therepy helping individuals clear & release any blockages in the major energy channels in order to create a more balanced, healthier & happier life. During my classes you can expect joy, playfulness and a safe space. I look forward to offer a very unique Yoga experience full of magic & bliss. Hiring Rocio to facilitate a yoga and sound bath session for my woman's wellness retreat was the best. Her skill in facilitating yoga, her presence, empowerment, and friendliness made the group feel comfortable with her. We appreciated her assistance and guidance through the yoga poses.
