Hi my name is Rocío. Yoga has been my passion and lifestyle for the past 10 years with a background in Hatha, Vinyasa, Ashtanga & Kundalini Yoga. As a 400hr certified teacher in Prana Vinyasa which is rooted in Tantric tradition, I have been teaching yoga postures, breathing exercises, mindfulness and meditation for the last 3 years. I specialize in yoga therapy, energy healing and sound therepy helping individuals clear & release any blockages in the major energy channels in order to create a more balanced, healthier & happier life. Rocio did a private class at my house for my birthday. She did a restorative yoga, great for beginners in the class, with meditation throughout. It was an amazing session, so relaxing and healing. Rocio even brought sound bowls!!! 😊 Everyone enjoyed the class very much! Thank you Rocio!

Hiring Rocio to facilitate a yoga and sound bath session for my woman's wellness retreat was the best. Her skill in facilitating yoga, her presence, empowerment, and friendliness made the group feel comfortable with her. We appreciated her assistance and guidance through the yoga poses.
