- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 15 years experience in the food industry, learning from Michelin chefs and traveling the world to explore and advance my skillsets in food and entertaining. My cooking success advanced when I moved to Portland a decade ago. I started a pop up restaurant and craft bar, which won Top 10 in the entire city with 5 star reviews across every digital platform. To add- Portland has received the award of top 20 best food cities in the world. I am also the founder of Secret Suppers- a highly experiential long table dinner series that's gone viral globally and is still known on the daily nationwide. In addition, I have countless international print and digital published features, being regarded globally for my work and success in the food and design space. Features in print, as well as expansion to digital include Vogue, Elle, Elle Decor, Glamor Magazine and countless more. ___
