- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We provide an estimate based on the size and time that will take to clean the place (deep clean or regular service).
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always like to set up an appointment for cleaning interview. Meeting the customer and qualifying the place it’s important. Each customer is different/special, we do not quote over the phone.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Years of experience! Building my company and managing my customers have thought me how to provide excellent service and be flexible. I pride myself on making sure each and one of customers are happy. I provide training to my crew and we make sure we meet our customers standards.
