In-Home Consultation: A design associate visits the customer’s home with a mobile showroom containing over 3,000 flooring samples. During this consultation, the associate works with the customer to explore options, discuss the project scope, and ensure that the selected flooring matches the home's decor and lifestyle requirements. 3. Detailed Measurement and Assessment: The team takes precise measurements of the space and assesses any potential challenges, such as subfloor conditions or transitions between different flooring types. This step ensures accurate planning and pricing. 4. Customized Proposal: Based on the consultation and measurements, the customer receives a detailed, itemized proposal. This includes information on materials, installation costs, timelines, and any other relevant details.
