We had a pretty tricky situation with our cross country move. The current occupants were renting back from us. And we lived across the country. Mark Chapman made sure to coordinate the details with the current occupants and with me. He made sure to keep me posted about the at-home estimate and the color matching. He even made multiple trips to the home to make sure we had the right color panels. The flooring was installed impeccably and he gave us a fair price. Thank you for all the work you did Mark! And I would absolutely 100% recommended Floor Coverings International to anyone looking for a remodel.

Mark was great to work with and I will definitely use his company again for any future flooring needs! My husband and I had a tight timeline to have carpet replaced with vinyl before moving in. Mark was able to squeeze us in short notice and even picked up the flooring himself from the warehouse to make sure our job started on time! He was very helpful, friendly, and communicative during the entire process.

Mark was great to work with & made everything easy! ! We were quoted on a nicer, thicker carpet at 1/2 the cost of what another company quoted us. (Mark did not even know what we were quoted.) We also had baseboards (new) from 10 years ago and Mark gave us a deal to install the baseboards along with carpet. Philippe & Cheuy our installation team were timely, efficient and handled everything seamlessly! We highly recommend Mark the owner of Mission Viejo Floors International!

And the Oscar goes to .Well, if there is Academy Award for flooring my vote truly goes toFloor Coverings Internationalfor great carpet installation, artistic performance and amazing speed !The scenario:Old carpet in my house in Rancho Santa Margarita had to be replaced, stairs and whole second floor badly needed to be refreshed and were screaming about it for years, so I finally listen, did my research, numerous trips to Lowes, looking online but everything was not good enough price wise or installation performance, especially at Lowes where you dont know what kind of contractor installers you gonna get, it could be Good Bad and UglyThen I went with my best friend Yelpand found Floor Coverings International and fantastic reviews about company so I called and couple days later Mark came driving his Mobil showroom full of carpet samples, and from there everything went just like walk in the park.Mark quickly and professionally pinpoint the color and style of carpet i liked, measure the stairs and second floor and gave me a price for a beautiful multi colorShaw carpet, beating Lowes by about 600 dollars, which wasnt my first priority, because I was looking more for quality installation, but its nice to have extra 600 dollars still in my pocketHappy End :The installation Day !Felip and his son showed up on time , unload huge roll of carpet and start their magical workAnd here were experience counts, I was amazed watching those two guys transforming my old floor to great looking fresh carpet extravaganza ! ! !Felip has 30 years experience in the business, he even knew that my house was build in 1996 , doing flooring at Coto de Caza around my area.Those guys were fast as lightning, started at 8 am and finished around 1 pm, with not even one dent in existing baseboards of scuffs on the walls , just clean professional AWESOME job.So, and the Oscar goes to Mark, Felip, his son and everyone in supporting roles at Floor Coverings International !Bravo Guys ! ! !Merry Christmas ! ! !And Thank You for this Masterpiece Im living in now ! ! !AlexRancho Santa Margarita, CA
