- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer very competitive pricing and give warranties on all jobs we are involved with.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After inspecting the roof or area with water damage, I take pictures of everything damaged and explain to them what, in my opinion, needs to be done to fix the problem area through those same images. I believe having a visual presence the customer can see helps them understand what is causing the issues and helps me explain the proper process in a way they can understand. Then I measure and make a material list. In the next 24 hours, I send the homeowner an invoice with a printout from Home Depot of the material list bid, breakdown of labor costs and an official warranty for the job.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’m a month away from getting my contractors license, but other than that, all my education and training has come through years of experience and firsthand knowledge of mistakes I’ve encountered or done in the past.
