I had a wonderful experience with Coach Ari! She followed through and delivered her promise on helping me transform my post partum body. I went from 149-133 lbs in a little less than 4 mos. The weight has STAYED off ever since! Also, She’s a very flexible & motivating coach. The value is worth it plus some because she offers so many different tips and resources. If I ever pick up a coach again, I would for sure go back to Ari.

I like to be able to check off each goal that is set for me each day to see if I have accomplished it or not. Having a visual with what I need to accomplish for the day really helps me to stay motivated to get the task done because I know / can see what I need to complete. I like the responses and feedback and guidance of the trainer! Gives very helpful advice specific to what I need!
