My dryer was not drying properly. I called LOWL and they sent a technician same day. The technician was friendly and professional. He diagnosed the problem quickly and had the necessary part with him. He fixed the dryer and its working perfectly now. I highly recommend LOWL for any appliance repairs.

I've had 2 separate issues with my dishwasher and washing machine both times I called Loyal and they sent their technician Joshua to take a look. Both times he was great, on time, professional and courteous! He fixed my washer in no time and came back to fix my dishwasher with no issues! Highly recommend and will definitely be using them again!

It was a pleasure having lowl out to our home. They had our ac up and running in a jiffy! They were not only prompt and professional but they were also kind, courteous and respectful to our home.
