- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Free estimates. No hidden or added costs. The agreed cost will always remain the same unless discussed otherwise between both parties.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We set up a time to walk the property that is convenient for the customer. We communicate clearly to make sure that we are always on the same page with the customer. We go over total cost, ensuring there is never any hidden or added fees. On the day of the job we prep everything before we do our work, ensuring that we do a good, clean job. When done, we walk the job with the customer to make sure they are satisfied.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Licensed, insured, bonded. Between father and son, we have over 45 years of experience working in the industry.
