- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically I meet or communicate with the customer and start an analysis of the client's goals. Then work on a plan to improve the customer's career and bring them to their next step. The process greatly varies from one customer to another.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I studied songwriting and graduated from the Music Production & Engineering program of Berklee College of Music, Boston Campus. I have also a master's degree in Entertainment Business along with extensive training in marketing, design, web development, photography, and theater, among others.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have a wide and extensive education that expands across various disciplines. I started to have customers confused about what my services were along with audio customers asking for other services as they realized I could do so much more for their careers. I decided then to put my knowledge and experience at the service of my clients.
