Chef Hida truly exceeded all of our expectations! We went to Big Bear for the weekend to celebrate my sister’s birthday, and I thought the perfect way to end the weekend would be by hiring a chef to cook for us. From the very start, Chef Hida was incredibly attentive and responsive. What really stood out to me was that she took the time to personally call me after receiving my inquiry, answering all of my questions. It was such a personal touch that set her apart from anyone else! Now, the food… WOW. It was the best meal I’ve ever had. The food was absolutely incredible, and her customer service was exceptional. Chef Hida and her sous chef made sure the night was extra special, even providing birthday champagne glasses for us to celebrate. I only wish I lived closer so I could continue booking her. I can’t recommend her services enough. Thank you, Chef Hida, for an unforgettable experience! Wish I could rate more than 5 stars.

Chef Hilda recently cooked for me when I hosted a dinner party of six her food was simply amazing. My guests and I raved about her flavor profiles and how she was able to deliver such incredible flavors. One of the best things about her is her willingness to collaborate with you on the menu you may have in mind. Many of the other chefs I contacted did not see as willing to change their set menus. From top to bottom, beginning from the appetizer, to the soup, to the salad, to the main course, to the dessert , it was undoubtably one of the best meals I’ve had anywhere! She is prompt. She is professional, and she is an amazing chef; hire her if she is available, she delivered an amazing menu at an incredible value, she will be my first choice if I needed Chef services again!

Chef Hida was fantastic to work with. She worked with my group and I to make our budget work, allowed me to have input on the menu, and catered to dietary restrictions. She was very kind and kept in touch with me ahead of our event which I greatly appreciated. Chef Hida and her staff showed up right on time and prepared a delicious meal for my friends and I. They also did a full cleanup in the kitchen and left it spotless which was appreciated as well. Overall, I would recommend using Chef Hida 100%. When I return to the Palm Springs area, she will definitely be getting another call from me.
