What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Filings are on a fixed fee basis including our filing services, the Trademark Office's filing fees, and up to one hour of "prosecution" which occurs after the first review and response by the Trademark Office concerning the pending application.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We provide a brief, written summary of the steps toward pursuing a registered Trademark. We provide a Trademark questionnaire (completed by the client) which helps us determine what the filing application might look like and confirm the details with the client.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering, Juris Doctorate (Law), registered with the United States Patent & Trademark Office (USPTO). In-house Counsel experience with Technology companies.
