- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I never charge for anything you wouldn’t expect to pay me for. My price is always fair and I give discounts to people who need them or are willing to write me a honest review for the service I provide them.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Communication is the most valuable thing I can give a new customer interested in using my services so I like to start by listening to their needs and finding out how I can help them.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I served a four year apprenticeship and worked 15 years on large scale projects that gave me a lot of additional experience in trades from plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and more.
