I was so pleased with Nate at South County Air. I needed immediate service on my AC unit, and they were very prompt to answer my call and schedule a repair diagnostic. He looked a little confused - I called him MY HERO after he left. Having an air conditioning nightmare? So was I. The BEST A/C experience I have ever had. Zak and the guys were polite, worked quickly, and went above and beyond. The pricing was fair. We had a couple other companies misdiagnose the issue, and overcharge. So happy to recommend these guys!

Had a problem with fuses blowing and making loud screeching sounds when the compressor shut off. The company that came before ("Honorable" Air) told me it was drawing too much current and the system was overcharged and recommended replacing everything but the FAU. Immediate suspicion (why replace the evaporator coils???). Nate checks it out the next day, finds nothing wrong, but did find that a string/light rope was tangled in the fan blades and axle shaft. He cut that off for me and didn't charge me for anything! We'll see if in the long-term that was the problem, but after running it for a few hours after his visit, there were no problems and no loud screeching sound when it turned off. Thank you, South County Air!
