Olivia joined us as a part of an office women’s wellness retreat. She was very responsive, checked in a couple of times to make sure all of the details were set and the class would be tailored to the level of attendees. The class itself was so wonderful! It was challenging but do-able for beginners and put us all in a wonderful mindset. I had multiple women rave after the class about Olivia! Thank you so much!!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Introductory Sessions & all 45 min lessons are $80. I am offering discounted packages for packs of 4 private / semi-private yoga classes.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I meet you where you are in your practice. During our first lesson, I get a sense for your needs and body alignment, and safely guide you through the right yoga for you!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yoga Alliance Certified E-RYT—500 & YACEP (with 2300+ hours of teaching classes beyond my trainings). Training in safe backbends and inversions. Training in safe hip openers and flexibility. 50 hours of Trauma Informed Yoga Training. Yin & Restorative Yoga Training. Certified Reiki Master Healer / Practitioner (Levels 1/2/3). Enrolled in clinical Yoga Therapy training.
