Jay was both thoughtful and considerate at the time he provided his estimate. He also shared a wealth of knowledge and explained not only what was needed, but what would be involved in his services and he did exactly what he promised. I was able to handle my business and leave it to him and his partner. They did a wonderful job on deep cleaning, polishing my granite, sealing it as well as other needed repairs and sealing. They took their time, were thorough and a pleasure to do business with. I will be using them again!

Jay did wonderful work! One of my bathrooms needed a toilet drain repaired and that left me needing the tile replaced when they were done. I had two other tile guys out, one quit saying he couldn’t do it after he messed up two pieces of tile, the other wanted far more than Jay quoted. Enough to where I thought it was over the top. Don’t waste your time with anyone else. Jay was professional, walked me through the process and finished the job as promised. I will definitely use him again. A++

Mosaic Flooring did an excellent job repairing and cleaning the tile and brickwork around our pool. Jay explained all of our options upfront and was extremely easy and pleasant to work with. We will definitely use Mosaic again whenever we need any additional tile or brick work done!

Jay did a great job repairing my grout in my kitchen including matching the grout color which was not an easy task. He also did grout work in my shower and repaired a very noticeable crack in a travertine tile shelf that is no longer visible. He does quality work and works very hard.

I picked Mosaic because Jay was honest and upfront and provided many different solutions to my project. I had failed to maintain the grout and tiles since I purchased the house. I couldn't explain why I was getting drain flies in the master bathroom. I continued to clean the drain and they'd still come. Turns out that they had established a home under the tiles. Water was getting under the tiles and above the shower pan. Even when the wife wanted to do the basics, Jay explained what can be done. I decided to get rid of the old tiles and install new natural stone tiles on the floor. And it looks very modern. My wife loves it. Jay was very responsive to all my questions and in a timely manner. The workmanship was also great.
