- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Yes! I have a standard price for home selling! As the listing agent they set the tone for the whole transaction, so as a buying and selling agent I hold myself to a higher standard, but a market rate!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I work in a people industry, so I hit the ground running in schooling by going to Long Beach State for business and then got my license, which gives me a great advantage. The reason it gives me great advantage of the competition is because I have more person to person interaction from that degree.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I bought my first rental and I loved the transactional side of the purchase. From that point forward I knew I wanted to help people in other transactions so that they could win just like I did on the purchase of my first rental.
