we offer some of the most affordable rates for PC troubleshooting and we also offer price-matching.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We use remote control software to safely connect to a client's computer. In the event the computer is unable to connect to the internet, we walk the client through the needed steps to restore internet access for their computer, then we identify and resolve the original cause of the problem.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Computer Science degree and 25+ years IT experience
