Andrew was so kind and patient. Our computer was old and there were so many issues to fix. He spent so much time with me and repaired all the problems and got us connected to our new printer. I would give him 6 stars if I could. I could not have found a better person to work with. He was excellent and told me to call him if we have any further problems.

If I could have chosen more than 3 descriptions for working with EZPC Help, I would have picked all 5!! Andrew responded very quickly to my call for help, put me at ease that he would do everything he could to resolve my computer and printer issues, and certainly delivered on his promise!! My computer had more issues than I realized, but he dealt with each one...explaining everything as he went along; then he replaced my McAfee with a much better (and free) virus protection!! He succeeded in getting my printer to scan, again, and helped trouble-shoot some other problems with it. The only thing we couldn't solve was that it would still not print; but he called me back and suggested I call the Canon company the next day for the tech help I needed. I did so, and that person walked me through how to do a "deep cleaning". We got some improvement, and I have to perform no more than 1 per day for only 2 more days...then try to print as I normally do. The great thing about EZPC Help is that Andrew could do everything remotely with my computer!!! This was a real blessing, because we live in the country, 20 miles from our small town, but there are no available computer repair services within 95 miles!!!! I was ready to do my own "repairs" with a hammer, but thanks to Andrew... I didn't have to resort to that!!!! YES!! I rate his work as EXCELLENT, and HIGHLY recommend him!!!! -- Joyce Richie

I run a small business just outside of Boston. For months, I could not get any local computer technicians to even respond to my request for services. During my months of frustration of having to limp along with numerous and confusing computer issues, I was about to give up. At about 7:30 one evening, I was about to leave my office for the day when I decided to search for yet, another computer technician one more time. I found EZ-PC; filled out their form and sent my request. I was hoping that someone would respond in the next day or two. Within 30 second, my phone rang. It was EZ-PC. Over the next two hours, everything on my computer was fixed, remotely. I couldn't believe it. I was/am ecstatic to have my computer (complete with now function multiple monitors) working perfectly. Thank you "A" from EZ-PC

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We use remote control software to safely connect to a client's computer. In the event the computer is unable to connect to the internet, we walk the client through the needed steps to restore internet access for their computer, then we identify and resolve the original cause of the problem.
