Andrew was so kind and patient. Our computer was old and there were so many issues to fix. He spent so much time with me and repaired all the problems and got us connected to our new printer. I would give him 6 stars if I could. I could not have found a better person to work with. He was excellent and told me to call him if we have any further problems.

I have two laptops that run Windows 10 that had been infected. I also had multiple anti-virus programs that had been installed by me and other PC Tech consultants. Andrew called me within 2-3 minutes of my inquiry, and we spent the next 4 hours cleaning up both PC laptops. He removed the viruses and many unnecessary programs. Both laptops are faster, and I no longer have constant pop-ups that were annoying and time consuming. Andrew was thorough and was able to completely remove the competing anti-virus programs. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We use remote control software to safely connect to a client's computer. In the event the computer is unable to connect to the internet, we walk the client through the needed steps to restore internet access for their computer, then we identify and resolve the original cause of the problem.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Computer Science degree and 25+ years IT experience
