We offer the 12 course at a full price, while we can arrange dinner with less courses and adapt to your diet preferences. 4 course perfect private date dinne is coming back to our offerings.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Client should contact us with the prospect date, if available we share a form to learn more about the date expectations, we share our policy and process to be signed and confirmed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Im a commercial Food Stylist for film with a BA in arts and design, later I studied Mediterranean, French and American cuisine. Molly is our partner now and she is a former Chef, passionate for molecular cuisine and a world trotter.
