FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Prices vary based on project size, location, and scope. Depending on the needs of the project we offer hourly and flat-rate packages. We work with clients of various budgets to help them achieve their design goals.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
STEP 1 -DISCOVERY. Schedule a complimentary, quick phone call to discuss your design project. We will chat about your goals and see if we vibe well! Afterwards, you can choose to hire us for an in-person design consultation where we talk all things budget, design dilemmas, interior design aesthetic, wants and needs so that we can create a customized design proposal. STEP 2 - PRESENTATION. After signing off on our design proposal, we will schedule a meeting to take detailed measurements and photos of your space(s) so that we can begin planning your project. After that, this is where it gets exciting! To help you visualize and feel confident in our design solutions, we present customized Design Concepts, Floor Plans, Product Suggestions and 3D Renderings, along with any material samples you can feel and see the finishes in real life. All you need to do is “approve & decline” and/or we will further refine the design. STEP 3 - EXECUTION. After the design is finalized and all selections are approved, depending on the scope of the project, we will start the process of hiring those necessary such as architects and contractors to bring the concept to life. We also place and manage the orders for you so you don’t have to worry about any of the headache-inducing logistics. STEP 4 - ENJOY. Once all construction is done (if part of your project) and all your items have shipped and been delivered to our receiving warehouse, an installation day will be scheduled where we deliver + layout all furniture, hang artwork, style accessories, and take professional photographs of the completed space(s). Your customized design is finally ready: Now you can sit back, relax and enjoy your newly designed home.
