Denny was very professional and timely in turning around a high volume of slides, photos, and albums which I had stored for years and now just have one flash drive! My only suggestion is to email your specific needs before the job is completed. I regret having overlooked a few critical items before the job was completed.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I LIKE TO INTERVIEW THE CLIENT BRFORE GIVING AN ESTIMATE OF THE COST, This leads to the customer being totally satisfied with the work being done. Many times I can save the customer money and stress, and at the same time make my job easier.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
In addition to my BA, MBA, and DBA degrees, I am an Adobe Certified Expert in Photoshop Lightroom, and teach these as well as Premier Pro and Corel Painter. I have restored clients images from all over the world.
