We had a massive project that we needed to get digitized after my parents passed away. Essentially, we had about 43,000 photos in 200 physical photo albums. Working with Denny has been great. He has been professional and delivered the digitization on hard drives that he ordered, on schedule or slightly ahead. The quality was 99.8% excellent - a few photos were somewhat distorted, but all in all this was a small minority out of a gigantic project that I would not have been able to do myself and wasn't sure that I could trust someone else to do well. It's amazing to have so many old photographs now available to us at all times. The quality of the 4x6 scanned photos to digital has been what I hoped it would be. Would definitely recommend again to anyone else that has a similarly important project.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I LIKE TO INTERVIEW THE CLIENT BRFORE GIVING AN ESTIMATE OF THE COST, This leads to the customer being totally satisfied with the work being done. Many times I can save the customer money and stress, and at the same time make my job easier.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
In addition to my BA, MBA, and DBA degrees, I am an Adobe Certified Expert in Photoshop Lightroom, and teach these as well as Premier Pro and Corel Painter. I have restored clients images from all over the world.
