Avi is a master in his craft and a pro's pro in customer service. I recommend Avi without hesitation. Avi showed incredible patience and diligence as we called him to fix our front door lock which was 35 years old. Not only did he come ready with spare parts, but he did everything he could to repair an ancient lock. When it was clear the internal locking mechanism was broken and could not be repair, Avi hunted relentlessly to find a replacement lock to fit our door's configuration in a style and color that pleased my wife. Once the new door lock was received he expertly installed the door lock and rekeyed the lock so we could use our existing keys. Finally, I was so thrilled with his work I had him repair 3 other door locks and rekey another door. Craftmanship, patience, astute problem determination and unrelenting customer service, that is what you get with Avi. P.S. He is an excellent communicator always keeping us updated on part availability and product choices.

Writing this review a few months late, but we really appreciated Avihai's work from Top Locksmith. They helped us with the installation of a new Door lock and a Security alarm. They responded quickly and came and delivered their services within an hour of the request. They performed top-quality work. We found them to be friendly, genuine, and easy to work with and honest. Avi did such an AMAZING job on my project, I had to write a review! This is my first time using Thumbtack, and I couldn’t be happier. I needed to replace the locks/knobs on my interior and exterior door. I did try to do it myself but got stuck with lining everything up. Avi was very professional and so kind. He even helped me with leveling the door since a bolt was loose. He really went above and beyond. Highly recommend!!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
