William was a true professional and very responsive. I was working with him on a quote to do some minor flooring work and he explained to me with the project entails and the complex complexities help me understand the pricing. I ended up going with another vendor that was already working on a different project, but if I hadn’t already had an existing vendor, I would strongly consider William.
