Hi, I'm Taylor Lippman and I am a Nationally Certified Personal Trainer and Nationally Certified Life Coach here to help you build a body with purpose! After going through my own physical transformation of losing 50 lbs (235lbs to 185lbs) and doing a complete body recomposition, I knew my calling lied in helping others become their best mental and physical self through personal training.
My main focus is helping individuals build muscle and burn fat through hypertrophy training and low-impact cardio throughout the week while also focusing on improving eating habits outside of the gym to ensure results. As they say...abs are made in the kitchen.
I believe in sustainable "dieting" and I customize each and every clients' macro-nutrition (protein, carb, fat) intake according to what will help them effectively burn fat while also building muscle by remaining in a consistent anabolic state.
My personal training comes with my mobile app which contains your full workout program, meal planning, accountability, and access to 1:1 communication with me so that way you can still crush your fitness journey even on days we do not meet!
I currently serve over 20 online training clients but have opened my in-person books for up to 4 clients to continue serving my passion for in-person training at my elite private training facility. Please contact me with serious inquiries only.
My in-person coaching program is a 3-month minimum, and 2 sessions/week. Results are not guaranteed and it is on you as the individual to commit to your fitness goals and be on track even on the days we do not meet. But I commit to you as your coach to helping you break through any limiting beliefs or mental obstacles that may get in the way of you achieving your fitness goals!
