- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We provide FLAT-BASED pricing and apply discounts up-front, right upon booking. For any special request, just call and we will gladly accommodate it. We offer DISCOUNTED professional WINDOW CLEANING and also CARPET SHAMPOOING services. DISCOUNTS GIVEN: * weekly plans: 15% * bi-weekly plans: 10% * monthly plans: 5% EXTRAS OFFERED: window, inside fridge, inside stove, mini-blinds, garage cleaning, patio cleaning, carpet shampooing
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
SIMPLE: we use cleaning checklist to make sure what you need and expect reflects in the scope of work communicated to cleaners arriving. After initial service, we reach out to discuss your experience and identify possible ways on how to improve with next service so we reach your full satisfaction in no time! If cleaners observe something we feel that needs your attention, we will discuss and suggest solution for it.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I used to run administration for a cleaning company in London, UK prior to my relocating to USA. All our staff has clear background, is experienced and trained by me personally. They clean, inspect and report back.
