Verizon installed a new router in my house and it changed all my functions on my remote from what they were previously. Brian came to my home, while I was at work and set up my remote to work all devices. After that I needed to be instructed and he came buy on his own time to give me a brief lesson with the new functions, on his own time.

Excellent service provided by Brian Beck. This was definitely not the standard home TV mount. My project required additional work, knowledge and definitely experience from a pro to make this work. Brian came to our home a day prior to take measurements and start the planning of the project. He provided me with an affordable quote and arrived on time the next day. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Service rates are $125.00 for trip fee and 1st hour if you are within 30 miles of the Rancho Cucamonga area. Each additional hour of service is $85.00
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I go to trade shows and get manufacture training on all of the newest products. Certain complex systems require certifications in which I have several.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
The enjoyment of providing solutions and working with the latest technology.
