We wouldn't even think of calling anyone else. Travis has set up our TVs, music systems, and most importantly our Wifi network. He is a very friendly guy with great customer service skills and his expertise is impressive. He monitors and upgrades our system before we even know anything is going on, and recently figured out a solution to a complex challenge with our outdoor lighting system that confounded even the lighting company's technicians. Two thumbs up all around.

Travis is a professional to the max! I found him to be very reliable, punctual, and honest. His work is outstanding! The CD player on my computer had been dysfunctional since it was purchased. Travis installed a new CD player. He even gave me instructions on how to transfer music from my computer to the cell phone. Now I'm able to listen to music on my computer and cell phone thanks to Travis!

Travis combines button down personality with buttoned up professionalism. Although we just wanted a computer tuneup for sluggish computers, he discovered that the whole house was wired. So he coupled cables so that we could bypass the wifi and direct wire computers in different room to the internet, increasing speed and bypassing any wifi down spots. Thumbtack at its best. The HiFiWiFi Guy is a great ambassador for the service.
